Position Description

Seeking a Systems Administrator (Citrix Administrator) for a full-time position. The contract duration is six months. It can be a remote position.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide Citrix application delivery and support for Company's users globally. This role requires alignment and participation on enterprise-wide projects for application delivery as well as managing incidents and requests via IT ticketing system, meeting defined SLA’s.
* Participate in Citrix design, performance-monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades and maintenance of production Citrix systems.
* Participate as Citrix resource for projects requiring virtualization of their application via Citrix. Multiple projects in flight at any given time.
* Responsible to respond to incidents and requests where clients are having issues with Citrix systems following ITIL (as required).
* Works as technical lead where analysis of situations requires in-depth root cause analysis (problem management) and troubleshooting skills. Includes driving resolution and communicating status during critical, high impact incidents.
* Participate in an on-call schedule for 24/7 support.
* Provide knowledge transfers, documentation and training as required to other team members.
* Responsible for working collaboratively with the ECT team and across IT functions including SIS, Security and Infrastructure to ensure alignment with key stakeholders.

Primary Skills Required

* Possesses a detailed technical understanding of systems and technologies; primary technologies include: - PC/Server physical and virtual hardware - Microsoft Windows 10/11 – Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022 - Citrix Workspace Products – Expert (Virtual Apps and Desktops) - Citrix Hypervisors - Citrix Enterprise Laying Manager (ELM) – preferred - Azure virtual desktop experience - preferred * Works independently with only high-level guidance from Manager.

Primary Skills Preferred

* Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to administer a highly visible program * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities/projects across time zones / regions. * Can work independently and in teams settings.

Education Required

* Bachelor Degree (Preferred) & 3 years’ experience or high school diploma & 5 years’ experience
