Position Description
Seeking an IT Support Assistant for engineering/manufacturing operations. This is a full-time position with benefits. Initital duration is six months.
The primary responsibilities include:
* Support Windows 7 and 10 PCs
* Deploy computers for users
* Install operating systems/disk images
* Provide support to users
* Resolve any issues with printers and other peripherals
Primary Skills Required
* Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 Support
* Printer (numerous models) support
* Computer Deployment experience
* Computer imaging experience
* Microsoft Office experience
* Customer support experience
Primary Skills Preferred
Education Required
* High School Diploma / GED equivalent is required.
* Associates / Bachelors is preferred but not required
* A+ certification is preferred but not required
Education Preferred
