POSITION: Lessons Learned Coordinator
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Receive, document, review, and summarize technical and non-technical analysis of issues and process enhancements from global organization.
* Plan and lead process enhancement and compliance meetings with regional coordinators.
* Provide proactive coordination with other groups to increase knowledge base and process function.
* Maintain training documents and tools dedicated for tracking and communicating lessons learned.
* Create and lead training for Management involved in receiving lessons learned.
* Collaborate with technical experts to ensure high quality learning and communication throughout the organization.
* Troubleshoot, communicate, track, and resolve any process issues and updates.
* Collaborate with application designers and software administrators for process updates and user enhancements.
Experience Required:
* Prior experience in Engineering, APQP, and Project Management preferred.
* Proficient using Microsoft Office software.
* Proficient in Microsoft Powerbi Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate issues seen by users to system administrators.
Education Required:
DEGREE: High School (Required); Associates (Recommended) MAJOR: IT (Information Technology) and/or Computer Science
