Position Description
Seeking a Test Engineer to lead test programs including development testing, qualification testing, test report generation, enforcing test standards, and project management of test equipment for electro-mechanical actuators.This is a full-time positon with benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on test leadership for investigating Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities.
* Design and develop new test equipment for verification of electro-mechanical actuator during development, qualification, and production phases.
* Write engineering documents including but not limited to test plans, procedures, and reports.
* Manage the design, build, and verification of test equipment through external suppliers.
* Develop automated test equipment requirements from customer and product requirements.
* Lead technicians in test execution and test equipment development.
* Provide troubleshooting and repair of test equipment.
* Perform hands-on testing as required.
* Comply with Company's high expectations for a safe work environment.
Primary Skills Required
* Experience designing and troubleshooting simple and complex test equipment.
* Experience writing test procedures and reports.
* Project management experience
