Position Description
Seeking a Design Engineer for a full-time position with benefits. This person will support new product development and in-service product for aerospace platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Works with product engineers to create proposals, develop requirements, detail component and assembly design.
* Qualification test procedures and test execution oversight, and technical documentation to qualify, manufacture, and ship product.
* Be a member of a cross-functional team and will ensure technical design rigor through the development life-cycle including requirements compliance, drawing review & testing.
Primary Skills Required
* Solid modeling experience (CATIA V5 a Plus)
* Testing/laboratory experience
* Experience with hydraulic/fuel components including hoses, fittings, etc.
* Technical writing skills
Primary Skills Preferred
Education Required
* Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering
Education Preferred
