Requirements
- Indicate that prior Sharepoint experience is highly desired
- High-level grammar & proof reading skillset / experience is a must
- Weekly hours are 20 per week (Part time)

• Experience or background in Intellectual Property (patents, trademarks, etc)
Description
The successful candidate will be involved in various concurrent activities that generally range from several hours to several weeks. These activities include updating databases, generating spreadsheets, information verification, performing varied analysis on acquired information, investigation and documentation of issues, filing/retrieving legal documents, and updating status information. Applicant must be comfortable working in situations where processes/procedures are not always defined. Interaction with all divisions, the Commercialization & Licensing team, and the legal department is common. Occasional contact with outside companies is also required. Collaboration with team members to refine ideas, information, and objectives occurs regularly. Travel is generally not required, though infrequent overnight travel may be needed.
Activities
• Applies common sense understanding to instructions furnished in written, oral, or electronic form
• Generate documents, spreadsheets, analysis from various databases and websites (CPI, USPTO, Espacenet, and subscribed 3rd parties)
• Verifies information from various databases and documents findings
• Makes updates to databases (Sharepoint, CPI, others)
• Provides assistance to Business Manager, Licensing Managers, and Director
• Works with legal assistants to resolve analysis issues
• Maintains status of workflow progress and priorities
• Assists in acquiring legal documentation
• Responsible to ensure all analysis, investigation and documentation is complete and accurate
10+ years experience. Associate or Bachelor degree.
