Administrative Specialist
Responsibilities and duties :
• Provide administrative support to Delphi Technologies Executives
• Coordinate travel plans, both domestic and internationally and
• Coordinate VISA or other travel documentation
• Reconcile expense reports and provide assistance with Concur program to employees
• Prepare for and assist visiting Executives
• Coordinate / obtain equipment and business assets for new Executives
• Maintain confidentiality and security of office and data
• Collaborative Partner
Basic qualifications :
• Bachelors’ Degree or 5+ Years Executive Administrative Assistant experience supporting multiple Executives
• 5+ Years’ experience with planning and coordinating meetings and events with external stakeholders
• 5+ Years’ experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, both international and domestic
• 3+ Years’ experience in Microsoft Suite
• 3+ Years’ experience using SAP Concur
Must possess (preferred qualifications) :
• Works as a team, be able to collaborate in daily duties
• Stays current and easily adopts new office technology & tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience with sensitive and confidential data
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines

• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization internally (officers, executive-level and non-executive) and external customers
• Self-starter who anticipates activities and/or problems and proactively addresses
• Other tasks as needed
