Position Description

Description:

Responsibilities and duties :

• Provide administrative support to Vice President level executives
• Manage all aspects of executive calendar daily, coordinating meeting schedules and gathering necessary information/material for preparation of meetings
• Coordinate complex travel plans, both domestic and internationally
• Reconcile expense reports; prepare presentations and other forms of correspondence
• Maintain confidentiality and security of office and data
• Handle routine correspondence from both internal clients & external contacts
• Answer & screen telephone calls
• Coordinate and maintain department work flow

Basic qualifications :

• Bachelors’ Degree or 5+ Years Executive Administrative Assistant experience supporting multiple Executives
• 5 + Years’ experience with planning and coordinating meetings and events with external stakeholders
• 5 + Years’ experience coordinating complex travel arrangements, both international and domestic
• 5 + Years’ content management for corporate messages
• 3 + Years’ experience in Microsoft Suite specifically PowerPoint
