Job Title: Customer Contact Representative
Customer Contact Specialist – 2nd Shift. Act as the liaison with customers. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to the customer. Thoroughly understand customer requirements and ship schedules. Maintain data integrity with respect to the billing process. Communicate material shortages to customers and schedulers. Set up expedited shipments when required. Resolve errors and quantity discrepancies. Work with schedulers and shipping clerks. Work daily overtime as required. Work weekends and holidays as required.
