Position Description:
Candidate will assist in the coordination of Nexteer’s vehicle fleet which consists of over 250 company vehicles. This customer orientated position requires face to face dispatching of vehicles in support of business travel. Ideal candidate will be eager to greet other employees. Dispatch pool vehicles and document vehicle usage Alter vehicle schedules to ensure customer needs are meet Maintain vehicle database Prepare vehicle oil change schedules Ensure the vehicles are ready and in good operating condition Work with Insurance company to process claims Process vehicles into and out of inventory Support Vehicle Fleet Coordinator with purchase, disposal, and shipping of vehicles Ensure compliance to corporate policies OEM vehicle tracking as required Maintain vehicle reservation system Vehicle key control monitoring Fuel vehicles as required Promote goodwill by being courteous and helpful to customers
Skills Required:
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills Excellent knowledge in creating Excel and Outlook Calendar Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills Detail-Oriented and the ability to multi-task Ability to learn Nexteer internal software. (E-room, Fueling System) Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Word Outlook Basic office duties, faxing, copying, data entry and filing Some analytical ability where problems are complex
