Calibration Technician

Position Description:

Calibration Technician in the Calibration Lab -Instrument/Transducer Repair and Calibration. -Maintain Calibration Records. -Develop Calibration Procedures as required. -Assist in the Construction of Prototype Instrumentation. -Maintain instruments and equipment in the CLMS database.

-Proficient in Excel. -Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Has effective time-management and multi-tasking ability. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks. -Has a thorough understanding of capabilities and application of laboratory instrumentation. -Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others

Experience Required:

0 - 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience Preferred:

-Related work experience a plus. -ISO/TS-16949 or ISO/IEC-17025 knowledge a plus

Education Required:

-Minimum of a two-year degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology and/or equivalent. Willing to look at a motivated person that is almost done also.
