Manage large-scale, complex, time intensive projects. 2. Define project requirements and align them with business needs. 3. Develop and communicate project plans, schedules, and cost and vital signs. 4. Utilize Process Improvement techniques. 5. Ensure projects meet time, cost and quality objectives via active change management. 6. Conduct project completion reviews to confirm acceptance and satisfaction. 7. Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with project sponsors, internal clients, vendors and other key stakeholders. 8. Lead project teams through the entire project life cycle 9. Drive recommendations and land priorities across internal clients, partners, senior executives and across organizational boundaries. 10. Utilize relationship skills to create, reinforce, motivate and guide project team members 11. Communicate solution components in layman’s terms to business and IT stakeholders 12. Create targeted narratives on a story board level and a call to action to drive change. 13. Influence and move others across organizational limits to accomplish business outcomes. 14. Possess the knowledge and conviction to articulate project business value and manage stakeholder expectations.

Skills Required:

Proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations 10. Ability lead tight deadline projects and to motivate others 11. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver commitments in project plans 12. Possess a broad knowledgebase of IT technical architecture

Skills Preferred:

This position requires a self-driven engaging Project Manager with a proven history of demonstrated and measurable business impacts thru influence and direct team leadership. Requires a proven ability to lead, manage, build and deliver results on large scale complex projects. He/she will lead a diverse project team consisting of both internal and external partner resources while maintaining control of progress, quality and budget aligned with commitments. Work is performed in a fast-paced environment within tight time constraints. Unusual hours and travel maybe required.

3 to 5 years

Education Required:

Bachelors Degree

Education Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong project / program management experience (7+ years) 3. Experience working with multiple vendors, partners, etc. 4. Experience leading InfoSec or Privacy projects (Preferred). 5. IT management experience (Preferred)
