IT Analyst

Position Description:

IT Systems Analyst Job Summary We are seeking a forward-thinking, IT systems analyst to join our team. You will analyze system requirements and address any relevant problems. You will also perform standard testings and provide solutions to ensure high levels of performance and security. A keen attention to detail and analytical mind are a must. Ultimately, you should be able to translate our internal and external clients’ needs into new high quality IT systems.

IT Analyst Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with management to determine IT objectives that will improve business outcomes

• Review existing IT systems and internal processes; collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

• Participate in team meetings; provide input on solutions to improve efficiency

• Identify application requirements

• Oversee implementation process using devops

• Troubleshoot and debug IT systems to ensure error-free functionality and end-user satisfaction

• Provide technical support via telephone and email for internal end users

• Manage multiple tasks to deadlines; communicate progress at regular intervals

IT Analyst Requirements and Qualifications

• Computer proficiency in programs such as SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with IT standards and processes

• Familiarity with basic programing concepts

• A great problem-solving attitude

• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Project management experience

• Exemplary communication skills; ability to explain complex, highly technical information to non-technical colleagues using clear, simple language
