Position Description
Seeking Senior Internal Auditor for a full-time contract position. This person will work closely with the Manager of Internal Audit and process owners to:
* Ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of internal controls and to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
* Develop and perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing, and analyzing evidence.
* Identify, research, and document audit issues and recommendations for improvement using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed on a timely basis to management.
* Investigate and report to management on cases of potential fraud, waste, or abuse.
Initial Duration: 5 months
Primary Skills Required
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
* Good communication skills.
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or other industry-relevant designation is preferred.
* Working knowledge of QAD and Hyperion is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
