IT Business Analyst

Description:

The Business Analyst will assist in process development, tracking and reporting of key IT separation initiatives.
• Facilitate communications between IT and Business teams
• Follow application separation projects and coordinate with business for issue resolution
• Support business units by investigating problems and facilitating solutions
• Work closely with program managers, project managers and business technology team to evaluate business process needs and recommend solutions
• Help develop user documentation practices and training materials
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT Analyst
• 2+ years of experience IT analyst in either public or corporate settings
• Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Office packages (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Results-oriented and deadline-driven

Experience with IT projects in the Automotive industry
