Deduction Analyst

We are seeking a Claims Analyst (Deduction Analyst) for a full-time position with benefits to support our client. This is a contract position and initial duration is 12 months with potential for direct hire. Seeking to fill seven positions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Review and route incoming customer claims.
* Conduct initial review and some basic analysis and determine the appropriate course of action.
* Be responsible for making initial contact with internal and external customers to collect data and claim detail for claim review.
* Based on review of incoming claims will be responsible for the processing of the deduction through the claim system & collection of invoices resulting in rebilling.
* Ensure appropriate approvals and documentation is received in order to resolve outstanding deductions.
* Be responsible in assisting other Deduction Analysts and Credit Analysts in compiling the information necessary to make successful collection presentations to customers.
* Be responsible for the collection of customer claims that are deemed to be invalid.
* Support collection of outstanding invoices.
* Communicate companies policies regarding pricing, freight and returns.
* Support special project initiatives as determined by management.
