Contract Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contract Management and Administration: Responsible for all contract interpretation requirements for agreements, resolution of contracted deliverables not fulfilled, renewals, and commercially documenting all changes
• Commercial Strategy: Develop, acquire stakeholder support, maintain, and communicate strategies which are in alignment to Corporate, Functional Leadership, and GSM strategies and include market and market segment analysis, supplier evaluations for financial and technical strengths, and identify preferred and approved suppliers.
• Manage agreements from beginning to end including procurement, assignments, transfer, and optimization of timing to assure cost mitigation.
• Supplier Governance: Manage supplier relationships, communications, performance evaluations, formal escalations, technology reviews, and opportunity analysis.
• Ensure commercial agreements for any system/data integration into company systems supports functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications in accordance with licensing agreements
• Guide appropriate procurement personnel in supporting and implementing strategies

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree (minimum) (R)
• Master Degree (D)
• Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related (R)
• Commercial experience with terms and negotiations in the IT, or Corporate Functional (HR, Finance, Real Estate, etc.), categories
