Position Description
Setting up test parts on a multitude of different test machines, programming the machine to run test to specification, inspecting the parts after test and writing test reports.
Primary Skills Required
* A mechanical background is required.
* General interest in product Design, particularly automotive.
* Familiar with driveline components such as steering system components, gears, drives, clutches
* Familiar with mechanical testing of components including fatigue, strength testing
* Familiarity with basic machine types.
* Familiarity with Design, build and test services.
Primary Skills Preferred
Education Required
* High school diploma required.
* Associates in engineering technology is preferred.
* ASE Certification would be acceptable as well.
