Operations Specialist

Seeking Operations Supervisor for a full-time position with benefits.
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing plant operations staff and processes to ensure customer volumes are met while adhering to plant safety and quality initiatives. Potential candidates must be able to work any shift assignment. The operations Supervisor reports to and works under direct supervision of the Plant Operations Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment
* Know the production schedule and quality requirements
* Implement corporate and division policies
* Maintains safety and good housekeeping standards
* Understand local and divisional procedures applicable to their area of responsibility and reinforce compliance with their staff
* Maintain good communication with the support teams, between shifts and departments involved
* Keep management informed of developments in the area through effective communication
* Keep records of your personnel organized and updated
* Maintain Flexibility Charts (Training) for the correct assignment of employees in different working positions
* Provide support in compliance with quality system following the procedures established in the area of responsibility
* Follow up of the safety procedures (EPP)
