Position Description

Seeking Warranty coordinator/Project Assistant for a full-time position with benefits. Project Assistant performs assigned tasks as a member of a support team, with warranty business process to achieve business objectives by following process definition, reporting, and documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Supports Warranty Business Process and Various Administration Processes including claim processing.

* Implements processes in support of warranty administration needs, utilizing data entry, date reports and administration tools.

* Promotes teamwork and cooperative effort.

* Provides internal and external customers with the highest quality of services and communication.

* Understands and applies appropriate process continuous improvement.

Primary Skills Required

* Proficiency in Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Proficiency in computer skills including use of the Internet. * Ability to quickly learn and work in various computer system applications. * Professional communication for customer collaboration. Will be emailing customers to obtain information.

Primary Skills Preferred

Education Required

* Associates degree in Business Administration with coursework in Business or Quality related fields.

* 0-3 years experience in a similar role in business or industrial environment. * Entry level with relevant training and education also considered.
