Position Description

Position Description:

HR Admin • Assist the HR team in assigned Administrative tasks o Coordinate the logistics of phone, Skype, and on site interviews for candidates o Book travel and accommodations for candidates o Administrative Coordinator for Salaried HR; attend Administrative Coordinator meetings to represent Salaried HR and provide meeting notes as applicable o Primary department resource for questions on administrative functions; maintenance requests, coordination of ergonomic evaluations, RTS, Nexteer Helpdesk, Concur, Conlin, Expense Reports, Docusign, EPS o Calendar Management o Procurement; maintain general office supplies, special requests, and IT related purchases specific to Salaried HR o Purchase Orders for Salaried HR and Talent Acquisition o Responsible for multiple monthly Expense Reports o Coordinate meetings and Executive travel schedules o Assist in establishing office policies and procedures o Special projects and department activities o Establish and maintain confidential files o Develop and modify detailed presentations and reports

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience • Extremely high level of organizational and communication skills both verbal and written • Strong ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects at once within a fast paced environment • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure • Ability to work in cross functional teams • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Make independent judgment when appropriate • Strong interpersonal, active listening and conflict resolution skills • Ability to work independently • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Advanced analytical, computational thinking, critical thinking, visual literacy, and interpretive skills with the ability to present complex issues • Travel to colleges, universities and conferences is required
