Position Description:
Looking for a creative, innovative, and motivated individual to be an HR Generalist. This position will assist with HR Communications, Training and Organizational Effectiveness. Candidate will shoot, edit, and produce videos. These will include assembly line process and procedures, training procedures, leadership messages, and miscellaneous videos as they arise. Will design flyers and material for upcoming events, plant happenings, and various promotions. Will maintain site monitor system and will create videos and slides for the monitors. Will be asked to perform some data entry and basic inputting in MS excel.
Skills Required:
Proficient: Adobe Premier Pro and Photoshop Working knowledge: Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Experience Required:
1 - 3 years experience.
