Seeking a Customer Support Associate for a full-time position with benefits. This person working under the direction of the Customer Support Supervisor, provides administrative assistance to Customer Support and Technical Sales teams through efficient and accurate processing of customer quote requests and purchase order entry, maintenance of order book excel documents, and processing data in customer websites.
Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple customer quotes and orders driving to meet customer expected response time
* Process and maintain Quotes and Orders utilizing various internal systems.
* Learn how to update and manage customer websites as required.
* Work closely with Account Managers to update and maintain order book data within excel spreadsheets.
* Special projects and investigations as needed by management.
Work environment is an open office area.
